It is important that the gut is able to effectively absorb nutrients from the food and supplements we ingest. This ability can be greatly increased if the body can be cleansed of damaging toxins and the healthy bacteria in the intestinal tract can be replenished.

In the modern world, we are frequently exposed to toxins from countless different sources. We recommend that before embarking on any kind of nutritional or dietary plan, you undergo a cleanse, which should be repeated on a twice-yearly basis. These four supplements can be used to create an extremely effective cleaning plan that will improve your overall health and wellbeing.

The detox formulas contain one of each of the following:

  • Bromelain
  • Milk thistle
  • Caprylic Acid
  • Magnesium

Probiotic

Dissolve 1 teaspoon (3g) of the probiotic in lukewarm water, leave for approx. 1 minute, drink on an empty stomach or before sleeping.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

 

Bromelain

One to two tablets daily away from meals, as a food supplement or as directed by a practitioner. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if sealing strip is broken or missing. No known allergic reactions. Store in a cool, dry place.

Bromelain is extracted from the stem of the pineapple plant and is a proteolytic enzyme which can be used in the breakdown of protein to amino acids.

 

Milk Thistle

Two capsules daily with food or as recommended by a practitioner. Suitable for: Vegetarians and vegans and for people with yeast and candida sensitivities. Keep out of sight and reach of children, store in a cool dry place. Do not use if sealing strip is missing or broken.
