Dissolve 1 teaspoon (3g) of the probiotic in lukewarm water, leave for approx. 1 minute, drink on an empty stomach or before sleeping.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Excellent Product! This product works well, its tastes well and is effective on an empty stomach. Its a little pricey, but rest assured that this is a good quality Pro Biotic. Avoid other cheaper products elsewhere, because they often contain other ingredients which aren’t necessarily conducive to your good health.
